Liability & Responsibility
After Hours Archery is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to equipment. All equipment will be inspected upon arrival, and any existing issues will be noted prior to service.
We are not responsible for manufacturer defects or failures. After Hours Archery reserves the right to refuse service if a project is determined to be unsafe.
After Hours Archery is not responsible for lost or damaged packages while in transit.
Adjustments & Follow-Up
Some bows may require minor adjustments after service is completed. This is a normal part of the tuning process. Follow-up support related to your service is included, and we encourage you to take advantage of it if needed.
Sales & Refunds
All sales are final.

Most services and products involve custom work or special orders. Once materials are purchased, they are considered the property of the customer.
In rare circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of After Hours Archery.

All services are completed on a first-come, first-served basis.
While we strive to complete work within estimated timelines, some projects may take longer than expected. If delays occur, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Many items are custom-ordered to meet your specific needs. Some products may be kept in stock, and inventory continues to expand. Lead times for certain accessories may vary depending on availability and demand. Please contact us if you have timing concerns prior to placing an order.

Most Truth Archery bows typically arrive within approximately three weeks. Lead times may vary due to manufacturer availability or shipping factors.
